Three bedroom duplex villa

Duplex villa with three large bedrooms, all with furniture and fitted wardrobes. The third bedroom is on the ground floor along with a lounge, diner, kitchen and bathroom. Bedroom two and three are slightly larger, bedroom one has a private balcony. These are on the first floor along with the family bathroom. From here stairs lead to a large rooftop solarium.

	Accommodation is well furnished and provides satellite TV. Outside is a small garden, terrace and private parking. Holiday rentals include linen with local management providing a weekly clean and linen change. Guests are requested not to smoke indoors; pets are not allowed, maximum of six persons although a collapsible cot (own bedding) can be made available.

On the urbanisation at Playa Flamenca, nearby there are a number of bars, restaurants and shops. Beaches at La Zenia and Playa Flamenca are quite near. About fifteen minutes drive is the large colourful town of Torrevieja. There is plenty to do ranging from walks, cycle paths, excellent modern shopping, theme and water parks and superb sunbathing in a very healthy climate
