apartment is ideally situated to enable you to enjoy the best that Spain
has to offer, within easy reach of both Alicante and Valencia Airports.

The
apartment is situated in the old part of town, virtually a flat walk from
the town centre and all the amenities. The apartment has a spacious
lounge, dining area, separate kitchen, large bathroom, two twin rooms and
a double room. The lounge can also be used for a further double or twin
accommodation if required.
All bedding and towels are
provided (except beach towels). There is also an iron, hairdryers
and adapter plugs at your disposal. There is a beautiful roof terrace
that you are welcome to use at any time.

Oliva
Oliva is a village within
a town, with the added bonus of all that you would want from a family seaside
resort. It is the perfect blend of old and new. The old town has
many relics of the past, including the ruin of Castle Sant Anna that overlooks
the town from the hill. You will see for yourself the influences that different
cultures have had on the town over the centuries.
Oliva’s economy is based
on the citrus fruit harvests. The process continues all year round
as you will see from the abundant orange and lemon groves in the area.
Nestled in the Safor Valley,
between the mountain ranges of Gallinera and Mustalla, Oliva has many different
environments, naturally protected by the mountains. None is more spectacular
than the 10km fine sand beach surrounded by an almost continual, natural
dune.

PAYMENT
A deposit of 50% of the full
price per week is required to secure your booking.
The final balance is required
in cash in euros on arrival. Otherwise, the owners reserve the right to
consider your booking cancelled.
BOOKING
Your holiday is confirmed
when the owners receive your deposit together with your booking details.
YOUR CONTRACT
A binding contract between
yourself and the owners comes into existence when they dispatch the confirmation.
Please check the confirmation
as soon as you receive it and raise any queries immediately.
CANCELLATION
Notification of cancellation
must be received in writing. In all cases the deposit will be forfeited
unless another party takes the cancelled time, in which case a refund,
minus a 50 euro administration charge, will be sent to you.
INSURANCE
The owners require you to
take out insurance that will be adequate to cover your party during your
stay. They also strongly recommend that you obtain an E111 when travelling
from the UK.
PERSONAL INJURY
The owners accept no liability
for the death of, or personal injury to, any persons on their holiday.
Nor for any loss or damage resulting therefrom. They do not accept any
responsibility for strikes, war, sickness, acts of God etc over which the
owners have no control.
