Landscape in a leading
role
The Hotel’s high position
gives it an extraordinary panoramic view of this monumental city and the
river Duero. Its splendid windows overlook a unique landscape. The spirit
of the poet Antonio Machado, present all over the city, can be felt in
the Parador too.
|
The modern restaurant comforts
the traveller with Soria’s garlic soup and delicious haricots, and of course
the local migas (breadcrumbs) and roast lamb. The more daring palate can
enjoy modern dishes such as our pheasant paté, home-made liver terrine
or roasted sucking pig.
