Traditional flour mill overlooking
the fresh waters of the river Henares. It is situated only five minutes
from the medieval city of Sigüenza.
Originally built in the 15th
century, the hotel has been tastefully restored, keeping the original features
such as wood, stone and iron. Fireplaces and spacious lounges transform
the mill into a place that invites you to rest and relax.

hotel taking care of every detail and making you feel at home. In 1997
the mill was awarded the prize of the best rural hotel in the region. Most
of the interior decor has been undertaken by the members of the family.
