Along with other country homes, Sa Torre de Santa Eugenia were pioneers of the beginnings of rural tourism in Mallorca.

	The Restaurant: At present, the Cellar constitutes the Restaurant of the House, inside of which the immensity of the room is mixed with the warmth and elegance of its decoration. From the Cellar one travels by a stairway to the winecellar, where the wines are stored. It is also an exclusive, reserved room for wine tasting or for a private dinner.
