and shops. The Atos De la Bahia cosmopolitan neighbourhood consists of
beautiful white and beige family houses overlooking the sea at La Mata
Beach in the heart of Torrevieja city. Torrevieja is located in the Spanish
region of Alicante on the Costa Blanca and has numerous salt lakes and
Blue Flag sandy beaches. The longest beach, La Mata, is 2,250m long and
is 10 minutes walk from Casa Familia for the average adults. Kids however,
may take a little longer. It boasts of clean waters, white sand, beautiful
hotels and restaurants, parking and other amenities such as toilets, promenades,
life guards, telephone booths, buses, ice cream parlours etc. The climate
in Torrevieja is dry and mild throughout the year with 360 days of sun
and an average annual temperature of 18C. In the summer months however,

15 minutes drive to 3 championship golf courses. Our privately owned
holiday apartment is new completed 2005 in the Orbi Playa complex. Our
apartment is on the first floor which is pool level and you can consider
it as ground level and has direct access to the residents – only seasonal
pools and large sunbathing area situated in the private inner courtyard.
The complex is made up of two blocks; our apartment is in the front block.
There are two lifts in each block and ramps throughout the communal areas,
so this is a wheelchair friendly complex. Other apartments are available
making it an ideal location for larger families or groups. Also it benefits
from being just 5 meters from the beach. Sleeps 6. |

Guests are requested not to smoke indoors; pets are not allowed, maximum

The villa is located in
a quiet area five minutes walk from Villamartin and Los Dolcis commercial
centres. It has its own gardens front and back laid out in grass and with
a palm tree and a fig tree and overlooks a park/open space to the front
and to the back. It is three bedroomed (sleeping 5 people), one double
(with en-suite); one twin and one single bedroom. The rooms are spacious
and have plenty of storage spaces. It has an open plan lounge and dining
area, with two couches and a dining table for six people. There is also
a utility room with washing machine. There are also two adjoining communal
swimming pools for the houses in the immediate area, one for adults and
one for children. |
