Calpe is a delightful, friendly fishing village situated in the middle
of Spain's Costa Blanca, nestling on a gently rising hillside at one end
of the broad sweep of a sandy bay it overlooks the most outstanding landmark
of this coast the towering Penon de Ifach jutting out into the sea over
1000 ft. In contrast to the larger commercialised resorts, the village
of Calpe with its narrow winding streets, traditional Spanish architecture
and street markets generates an atmosphere of friendship and relaxation,
a village where after only a few days you seem to know and greet everyone.
Calpe will surprise you with its daring contrasts, where modern buildings
and wide avenues harmonize with an ancient fishing village, where locals
are proud of their past, yet welcome tourists and visitors with warm -
hearted hospitality.

A truly luxurious
villa with 12 mtr kidney pool set in large totally private garden with
lawns and Palms. 5 minutes walk to the sea and restaurants. Situated
in a cul de sac on the outskirts of town it takes only a couple of minutes
to walk to the nearest restaurants, 5 minutes to the beach and two large
supermarkets. Calpe town is about 5 minutes drive. Relax if you can
stand the heat - take a sauna. There is a sauna which you are welcome
to use if you feel the need - we provide seperate shower and toilet facilities.
Also extra towels and beach robes are available.. We have a gardener
and pool cleaner to keep the place in order, he comes a couple of times

are two swimming pools situated in the communal gardens, one for adults
and the other for children. The sandy beaches are a 5 minute level walk
away, and the bustling town centre of Calpe a further 5 minutes. Secure
underground parking is provided. Calpe is an old fishing harbour
and its most prominent landmark is the rock 'Penon de Ifach' that looms

up stairs is the bathroom with a twin and a double room. Down stairs is
a well equipped kitchen separate w.c. lounge-dinner with cable tv video

good sized patio with table chairs and sun beds. This is located on the
Imperial park country complex which you have full access. Imperial Park
has 24hr reception desk with safe facilities, money exchange, and internet
direct telephone. The pool complex has six pools with sun lounges and outside
bars. Restaurant, cafeteria and bar. The spa complex is now open with indoor
pool, sauna and gym. There is a free local buss service from reception
to beaches and town if needed ask at reception. Imperial Park has 24hr

telephone. The pool complex has six pools with sun lounges and outside
